THE HISTORY OF THE UNIVERSE AS TOLD BY WONDER WOMAN is a feature film about female superheroes, warrior princesses and the “ideal” woman in popular culture. The film explores our culture’s love of comic book superheroes and raises questions about the possibilities for women within the genre.
The filmmakers have interviewed some great sources and have almost completed filming. They just need some more cash to edit the film and get it out to the world. I donated because I could not resist the draw of having my name in the credits of this great media literacy project.

Marketing, Media and Childhood 
No offense to Wonder Woman, but this film, opening tonight at the Coolidge Theater in Brookline, MA, sounds like a more trenchant critique of marketing and media.
